  Hm I'm just opening both the high-res template and registered output (which should be in high-res space) in fslview. When the 2 AREN'T registered, fslview yells at me and won't let me open both because they're in different spaces. After registration, it allows me to open and overlay both, so it thinks they're in the same space, just the functional activation is shifted down lower in the brain than it ought to be.

  Hi, I'm trying to use ANTs to register a whole-brain group map in MNI152 2mm space to a high-res MNI152 0.5 mm space, for visualization purposes.
