Lacking enough information to understand the cause. The dialog is stating that standard output is redirected but standard error is not. We need to understand how you are starting FlightGear. Are you starting FG from the console window? Are you using a batch or command file to start FG? Are you starting FG from the launcher? If so, how are you starting the launcher?
