Re-doing KeePass.config.xml seamed to work. The window positions were within the range of my screens. It never showed up in the tray so I don't think it was off screen. One of the recent DB's I had is on a network share that no longer exists so I think that may have been the issue.

No it is no pinned. it lives in the tray but the context menu for it won't open. AV isn't showing anything be blocked on launch.

Having the same issue with v2.48.1 on Windows 1909. The interface will only open if I directly open a .kcbx file.
