I'm trying to use the CalDav Synchronizer with Outlook 2007 (to be migrated to Outlook 2013 once I have the contacts on my CardDav server). Now my account uses quite a few contact "folders" and each of these folders should probably map to a separate CardDAV address book. Is there are way to enter the server data (credentials, base URL) only once and get all address books from the server into Outlook? I seems to me as if I have to re-enter all of that data each time for every address book even though...
