For anyone with the same problem, you have to remove "US" signs from the layout.ini file in lines 67, 68 and 69 (using notepad ++). Yes it took me a half a year to come back to this question. ಠ_ಠ

When ⌥N, ⌥I or ⌥O is being pressed, -_ is pressed at the same time.

When I changed Windows input language to US it works fine.
