    Peter, thanks for asking. I had uninstalled the original Fiio driver, then disabled the relevant USB controllers. Then installed the "new" driver which was identical to the old. Something was tweaked when the USB controllers were again enabled. Do I know what happened and am I disappointed with the results? No. Back to fine tuning the Harman Curve on the IEMs which is like a daily carburetor adjustment on your favorite vintage V-8.     Thank you all who contributed. The problem is apparently solved. I temporarily disabled all the universal serial bus controllers and then re-installed both the APO and the Fiio driver. And voila! Fiio shows up on the Configurator as Default(Speakers - Fiio Q Series). Everything responsive so far. Thanks again.     Thank you, Peter, for answering. The APO Configurator list of playback devices does not include the Fiio. After installing the Fiio and finding it in the program files, I then reinstalled the APO to hopefully ensure that the Configurator would now include it. It did not. I had a previous Fiio DAC with bluetooth options. Although a year apart both devices downloaded the same software version from the Fiio download page. The first Fiio device did show up in the Configurator and the equalizer worked...
