Interface Mapping Toolkit (IMTK) has been existed into MICRO FOCUS COBOL which will create the proxy program based on the WSDL file. Please let me know if any substitute code has been existed into GNU COBOL for create a proxy program with used through WSDL file.

Thanks a lot Simon. As per your suggestion I have modified the WS-BYTE-COUNT as belwo and it's working as per the expectation. 78 WS-BYTE-COUNT VALUE 4. Please let me know when Ron will fix this into GNU COBOL Version 2.0 R-W branch.

No did not test with this GNU COBOL version 3.0 trunk version. Please let me know exactly what need to fix or install in GNU COBOL version 2.0 R-W branch. Currently we are using this version hence this bit map should work in this version. Thank in advance.
