    Sorry I missed the notifications :( I think the mnemonics which has been removed, are from some tools which will use the exists translations, like for "Refresh", the are an exist tranlation "刷新（_F）" for "Re_fresh", and mark it as "fuzzy". Since the original English text have no mnemonics, the Chinese translation should removed the mnemonics too. This is why some mnemonics are added or deleted. Thanks for review!
