Hi all, I've managed to get a server configured successfully with Hylafax and AvantFax. I can send and receive relatively well, however I just noticed today that some faxes are failing. I'm getting one of two errors: Either "No receiver protocol (T.30 T1 timeout) ; too many attempts to dial" or "No carrier detected." I've tried two different installs of HylaFax on completely different servers and gotten the same error for the same DIDs, so I'm thinking it's something to do with my trunk. That said,...

I have this problem, however with a second DID/Modem/User. I created a new modem for a specific DID. I created a category and added the modem to that categroy. I created a new user and tied the user to that categroy as well. I can send just fine from that user, I can even receive correctly as I can see the faxes in /var/www/avantfax/faxes/recvd, however they will not show up in that user, or any users (Admins included) Inbox.
