Hi Daniel, For the moment I switched to evoMPS which saves the states - however I would like to suggest to keep in mind the option of saving and reading in states (both in the finite size and infinite size cases) in a future release. Apart from my own interest there are some very viable use cases: Saving a MPS allows for computing observables at a later time. This can be very useful if the construction of the MPS state takes several hours for large bond dimension etc. One does not need then to plan...

Hi Daniel, Thanks a lot for your answer. Indeed I wanted to read in the bare MPS matrices for the ground states. I wanted to get a feeling for the translationally invariant ground state for infinite systems. The .bin files were indeed created when running the IsingStatics.py finite size example but not when running the InfiniteHeisenbergspinhalf.py example script. But since in any case the binary format is not simple and not readable currently this may not matter.. Best regards, Romuald

I would like to load a matrix product state into a numpy array for the ground state as generated e.g. by the InfiniteHeisenbergspinhalf.py simulation. In the documentation it is written that the ground state is automatically written but could not locate any further information. Is there a way to read it in?
