After some Windows updates - big ones like creator but also smaller ones - the Securepoint service is missing. We have to uninstall and reinstall the Securepoint VPN Client to fix it. Is there anything to avoid this? Message at VPN Client startup is "Verbindung mit Service fehlgeschlagen! Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass der Service läuft und starten Sie die Anwendung erneut!" (German).

We have the same problem about forgotten credentials since we changed from 2.0.18 to 2.0.20 - at the moment we are not using 2.0.21 because our VPN gateway does not support OpenVPN 2.4.3. Same question here - how can we stop that? Thanks
