Notepad++ Compare plugin
You have my vote! I'm regularly comparing XML files about 55K lines long, with few but essential differences. A jump to next warning sign would be great.

I'd like to have this feature as well. As a workaround, I now bookmark all minus and/or plus lines, copy them to a new file (with a macro), and then elsewhere to merge them in if necessary.
