I figured it out. I had to set it to start in the application I wanted to automate, something I hadn't needed to do before. I did check for it the first time but didn't recognize the program name (it's listed as "self service") till just a minute ago. All is good now. I created a macro by using the Record function, but on playback only the mouse clicks/movements actually play. The keyboard actions don't happen even though I can see the utility going through the steps. What am I doing incorrectly?
