UPDATE - I have found the reason! I reinstalled my Win11 Desktop yet another time, and then I installed Veracrypt as the first software, mounted my 7 (not 6) SATA drives - 30tb in all. It took less than 10 seconds. Then I installed NordVPN, rebooted my computer, mounted the Veracrypt discs - and no problem. Hi. I am pretty new to this forum, and it is my first post. I've used the last 10 days to turn my former Truecrypt volumes into Veracrypt volumes. I've done it from scratch - so NTFS formatted all six 4tb Seagate IronWolf Pro -> created new Veracrypt exFat non-system drives. The default Mount Parameters are set to HMAC-SHA-512 (and Autodetection do not change anything in connection to this problem). And then I copied all data back on them from my 20tb external drive.
