I'm getting the same error, but only when I scan in B&W. The scanner works fine in Grayscale or Color scanning modes (HPB0689D (HP OfficeJust Pro 7740), using NAPS2 7.0.5.0. I even copied one of the Greyscale profiles and called it B&W, and only changed the bit depth from Grayscale to Black & White, and it always gives this error when I attept to scan. NAPS2.Scan.Exceptions.ScanDriverUnknownException: An error occurred with the scanning driver. ---> NAPS2.Wia.WiaException: WIA error code 80004005...
