i have installed the latest version of gcc 13.2. the problem is i can't use the latest version of C++. the compiler says i am using C++17, how do i use C++ 23(latest one). i used mingw as its the only compiler for windows. I just want to use C++ 23. what should i do? is there any way to do it?

there must be a bin folder. Add the bin folder to the PATH of your System variables under Advanced System Settings in the About section of This PC. If you know how to add environment variables then you can do it.
