1.4.3 directory - 3 files are missing

I have noticed the following: If I try to extract files into a directory that requires admin permission, I get "Cannot open output file" error, but, unfortunately any existing files with the same filenames are also deleted . STR Using 7-zip 21.07 or 21.06 x64 on win11. I initially had the 3 files contained in this 7z archive in this path: C:\Program Files\MKVToolNix (I had extracted it separately, and copied them manually via File Explorer).
