Hey guys, what's the best way to use Reaper and a VST on here ? How can I get others to hear it without having to route cables out to a mixer, then back into the audio interface inputs ? That's what I currently do now.
I have already established that its just the DAW / VST that is the issue. I have also tried the VST standalone with same routing. It doesnt happen all the time is what is odd ... Keep in mind it only happens with going into a session is the only time its audible.

I use the mixer for quick volume adjustment on the fly for vocal and drums. What will reroute do for me that would help this situation ?
No, The way Im doing this is : Running Reaper output to 3/4 of my audio interface output, then into the mixing board channel, Then running the mixing board main outputs back into 1/2 main inputs of my interface.
Thanks for the reply, Everything did work fine the way its set up till I did as described. Its not like a feedback but more of a digital malfunction sound. The only way to make it stop was a PC restart. I tried shutting all programs down and even unplugging my interface and it would still be there when everything was all set back up.
