Had the same problem and fixed it. Here's how: 1) Leave the game at 640x480 but make sure that the option to run it Full Screen in the video options (in the game) to OFF. Exit the game. 2) Run the game again. Change the game to your native resolution (or higher resolution than 640X480) click on Apply Changes. It should change to your chosen resolution in Windowed Mode. Exit the game. 3) Run the game again. Change the Full Screen option (in the game) to YES. This worked for me. I changed from 640X480...
