hi.....Andreas: Thanks for your quick response. the agent is working normal and I follow the document to use update.journal.sh to check the order status as below: in my controller state file ...... matching Order ID found in my agent state file ...... no matching Order ID found do you think is it possible that i can use update-journal.sh to remove the order in the controller state file. Thanks.

i have the same issue too,does anyone know how to remove them?
