I am having the same problem, i.e., UE sends two authentication_failure (synch failure) message consequtively and is not allowed to complete the attach procedure. The USIM card that I am currently using, however, completed the attach procedure once (i.e., sent authentication_response message), and then always sends authentication_failure message. Any help would be great!
