    I just installed BC5.02 on another new Windows 10 computer and got the failed to load RWDesign.dll error message when editing resources. I fixed that on my older computer some time ago but I had forgoten the solution. After some digging I was able to make it work. I am posting the solution here to help others. Open an elevated (admin) CMD prompt, Navigate to %BC5ROOT%\BIN (i.e. C:\BC5\BIN), Run BCW.EXE, and try and modify a dialog. After that you should be ok, (you don't need to run as administrator...
