Hi John I am still troubleshooting different wire combinations with the connector referencing the manual. I have the recieve and transmit connected and have tried different combinations with RTS and DTR connections.... are those needed for proper operation? Is it possible the issue is with the monitor? It looks like a resonse is sent but no data follows..... Will let you know if i find the problem. I was using only ECG. RS 232 to USB cable I am using: https://www.amazon.com/DTECH-RS232-Serial-Ad...

Hi John, I am trying to collect data from a Dash 3000 monitor using VS Capture but when I run the program no data is captured or saved to csv file. I checked the wiring of my cable is correct and am using a RS232 to USB cable with FTDI chipset. The LED's on the cable seem to indicate data is being sent and recieved. Am I missing any steps? I am connecting to the AUX port of the monitor. Thanks! R
