    Also make sure you Master password protect it otherwise if someone finds your USB they will have access to your complete Keepass database. If you don't do this your asking for trouble. And make sure it's a Master password you can remember without forgetting it. They also have a portable USB version you can download and use as well.

    How about Windows "Locking" your computer first this would prevent someone from using your computer to access your data. This should be the first thing you do when away from the computer to stop prying eyes.

    When I try to copy the link for the file in Dropbox it doesn't recognize the file and saying it's corrupted or damaged? I entered the login and password to Dropbox and the direct file .dbx but it fails.

    Also if you run malware software no amount of protection will work if you have keepass opened already. So one doesn't understand how malware works. If one doesn't understand how Master password work then no amount of telling one here does nothing at this point. And if you already installed malware without opened Keepass it's can't do anything without entering the password unless one is willing to do that for the malware.     If your going to sites for malware infection then your already infected. The security is up to the user to use Master Password for the database to secure it. Child play comes when users fail to properly secure their Keepass with Master password or their Windows Login password to prevent unauthorized access or installs from malware. So this isn't just a Keepass issue. And you keep harping malware but fail to say what or which your talking about gives no one help here or update the Developers what...

    @T.Bug Reporter, unfortunately that isn't up to Keepass to tell users what they do to secure their database. If they aren't already doing this then any statement matter little.
