How to send a Forwarded-NPDU fro VTS to a BACnet device

Please let me know the current BACnet Revision used in the VTS BACnet Stack. I did not find the Network Port Object and I found the BACnet Revision used on the VTS BACnet Stack is 7 by . Am I right? Attached the response for RPM request details.

I would like to know which revision of the BACnet the VTS supports? I did not find the Network Port Object in the list. We are upgrading our stack to Revision 24. For that we need to add Network Port Object. But this is not found in the VTS available object List. Please respond with details.
