OpenProj - Project Management
Does this software work? Last updated in 2013? Discussion about use on Windows XP??!! My PC doesn't recognize this software and it has gotten horrible reviews and ratings. OK -- enough rant. Why does my PC not recognize this software to open it, and what can I do about it?
