To resolve issue that you have with Graphviz and SchemaSpy is very simple please add eg. C:\Program Files (x86)\Graphviz2.38\bin to your PATH variable http://schemaspy.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html other option is use -gv and here set path to your Graphviz installation folder. You can also try new SchemaSpy 6.0 version you can download and try from http://schemaspy.org/ or from github project https://github.com/schemaspy/schemaspy
