It would be cool if webmasters could have their text-to-speech audio mp3s play back in a browser while displaying the moving lips -- but as part of a face that the webmaster has custom-created. So instead of displaying a talking microphone, one could display, say, a talking mad scientist or a talking newscaster, etc., in cartoon format. Is this possible?
