you are correct , the self signed certificate may still point to old name if you changed the FQDN after the fact. I would suggest you can just reinstall with the right FQDN and it may be faster than changing all the values for the hostname change. If you do want to create a new self signed cert for the domain, you can create one or you can get one from Lets encrypt and use it on the SKFS. Another thing to make sure is that jdk is set to jdk 12 update 20. Anything above that will not work at the moment...

Hi @Timmy, Were there any errors shown in the terminal when you ran the install scrip? 1) In terms of changing hostname, its advisable that you choose an FQDN before you run the install script but you can also change it after the install. If you do change it after the install, you will have to update three things: a) The /etc/hosts file b) the fqdn in the servers table in the database c) RPID in the FIDO policy to point to your new domain (https://docs.strongkey.com/index.php/skfs-v3/skfs-how-to/skfs-policy-questions/update-policy)...

I have responded to your email in the other thread but this looks like it has not installed correctly. It might be missing a few required packages. Does the vm hav jdk 11 update 20 installed?

Hi Ashfaqur, Like Arshad mentioned, you need to match up the RPID and FQDN to make FIDO work. To do so, you should follow the steps I had described in the other discussion topic (https://sourceforge.net/p/strongkeyfido/discussion/general/thread/83f69d92b6/#f8ff) If you are redeploying the SKFS, then make sure the change the RPID variable in the install script to "ddns.net" before you execute the install script. You can also update the RPID after installation as per instructions provided by Mansi...

Hi Can you give us more details on why you cannot use any other browser (chrome for example) and what errors are you getting. Also can you give more details about the system where you are running the tests from? What device is it? What operating system is it? Thank you

Hi Timmy, Sorry for the delayed response, this issue never showed up in the discussion as it got stuck in sourceforge moderate queue and I only saw the other 2 threads which were blank so wasnt sure what was going on. I looked at the logs, and this issue is being caused by a jdk update. Can you downgrade the jdk to jdk 11 update 20 or below and SKFS should work properly. This is something we are looking into currently and a fix should be out soon. Thank you
