By the way, there are other params in sky130 that aren't being recognized by ngspice, and I wouldn't mind if my sims to everything into account. Presumably, these are also level 3 aliases... if there's a list somewhere you would consider authoritative, I'd be glad to go through and add any I find that are both unrecognized and present in that list.
