Amazon not able to send files to us using AS2Secure

Hello I am getting below error while sending smaple file from one openas2 server to another one which are installed on same windows mechine and those are using different ports and different certificates. Can anyone check this issue I am sending messsage from partner2 to partner1. Actually I am doing testing with mendelson AS2 test server which they are already provided the their certificate and mycompany certificate which I need to configure at my system. after uploading the mycompany certificate (.pfx) which is provided by them, I cannot able to run the openAS2 and even it won't start I have tried to extract the certificate and Key from .pfx file and I have uploaded cert file with alias name and tried.
