Hi Scott, Rather than going through the sometimes painful installation process did you check out a suitable dockerimage first? Informaticsmatters/rdock is one I often use and suits most use cases. On dockerhub they also provide a dockerfile with all installation steps. As for your original question, did you define the rbroot environment variable? Did you source them correctly?
