Just for others to know... I have just tried at home. The two things may have changed. The 1.6.7 is out, and the AVG database is newer. Anyway, the 1.6.7 installs smoothly, and AVG (Free at this time) does not complain. The freeplane.exe tested explicitly. The earlier version at home was 1.5.18-pre02. The freeplane.exe was different (bigger at least). That version was also fine with respect to AVG.

I have observed the problem at work where AVG Business is used. It is apparently related to the antivirus database, not to the version (that is Free vs. Business). I did use both the Freeplane 1.6.6 and AVG in the recent past without problems. It again points to the version of the antivirus database. The freeplane.exe was detected firstly by AVG yesterday (for me). When uninstalling and fresh installing Freeplane, the freeplane.exe is detected immediately -- see the attachment. The "Přístup byl odepřen"...

I can confirm that. The freeplane.exe is removed by AVG. Anyway, Freeplane can still be launched via "c:\Program Files\Freeplane\freeplane.bat"
