    Hi, did you do these important steps in INSTALL guide file? Copy files under 'mead' directory into the corresponding places in your MEAD installation. Don't forget to Backup the original MEAD version of files. Edit 'meadphp.ini' to fit your server configuration. Can you post the content of your 'meadphp.ini'?

    Hi, it seems you lack execute permission on files.. Can you try to give execute permission for all users such as chmod a+x [FILE_NAME]
