Backup multiple folders in 1 task

Hi I have set up two Robomirror tasks to backup two source folders from my Windows 10 laptop to the SAME USB pen drive (target). I want to use the 'delete existing files and folders' option so that the source and target (backup) folders are kept in sync. But if I use that option, task 1 deletes existing files associated with task 2 and vice versa. Is there a way to ensure each backup task only deletes existing files associated with its own task ?
