1) Milenage supported sim is required. 2) MCC, MNC, IMSI and K should be enough. 3) But OP should match what is hardcoded in the code. (or else you have to change in the code and recompile it). Are you waiting for Attach procedure to happen ? have you inserted SIM (milenage supported). ?
