And then it wants me to switch away from Github :-) Anyway: I think running a full VM to run a JVM is a bit overkill. Docker on Linux would be reasonable as it's lightweight and could ensure the Java installation is correct, but on Windows it's still using VirtualBox AFAIK - there was talk about a native Docker on Windows 10 using the new Linux subsystem, but I don't think that's fully out yet.
