Make CTRL+W close the tab

So I'm using my default Video app in Android, and I'm trying to record the perfect video clip of a guitar solo to send to my friend. But I make alot of mistakes :) and I want to send the perfect clip. So I keep on taking multiple videos and then deleting them and re-recording. It would be cool to have a mode which is a 'Perfect Capture mode'.. so you press record, then pretend I click the button again to stop the recording. If you were in this mode, it would be nice then for a popup to come up saying...
