Dear Sevarac, Thank you for developing the tool. However, when i use RBF Network of the tool (ver 2.94) and check it with XOR, it still not works well. All predicted results are the same number :0.4871. Learning rule of RBF layer was added since ver 2.9, and i cannot find the error from source code of RBFLearning. Do you know what's wrong with it? My setting for RBF Network is RBFNetwork(2, 3, 1),thanks for your help. Wish you a Merry Christmas. Penny
