I've tried following the instructions sent, but the error remains. It only happens in Windows 11!

I received the following response to the email I sent about the problem: "Hello Paulo, please clear the cache (remove all files in C:\Users\Eduardo\AppData\Local\Temp\dvd-cache) and then start it again. If you get an error please send me the log file. Cheers, Alex"
