    Hi guys, back again. After completely cleaning my system and reinstalling all, I now have my Tobii ET5 working perfectly well in F1 2021. I have just reinsatlled Facetracknoir. Still not connecting to ET5. I have aalso just updated my NVIDIA drivers as suggested. Nope, no luck. Screen resolutions are reported correctly. Any updates or further ideas please?

    I realise ths is only slightly relevant to this thread, but for those that are wrestling with trying to get their ET5 working with Facetracknoir and may have had similar problems, bear with :-) As you suggested Wim, I pluggedmy ET5 into another machine, (Laptop running Windows 10). The device was found, drivers down loaded and Tobii Experience was installed seemlessly and without any intervention, or pain from me. All works as expected. Tobii have been excellent with their Tech Support and provided...

    Update: Unplugged Tobii Eye Tracker 5, deleted all software cleaned windows registry using Norton Utilities. Plugged eye tracker in............nothing. Downloaded driver manually from website. Tried to D/L Tobii Experience from Windows store....failed. I am sadly losing the plot. I can now not got anything to work! I have reached out to Tobii regarding the windows store issue. It returns an error code relating to reformatting external storage GRRR. I am sure things should not be this difficult.

    Sounds good.. Having had things working, albeit briefly, I am really keen and excited to get things up and running. I am wondering if un-installing/deleteing everything and doing a clean install would help. Any thoughts?

    Hi Sorry for the delay, very busy working :-/ I logged in this morning to post a screen shot as requested. However, while I was moving windows across to the correct screen, I ran the software and it worked! Sadly, I then booted ACC and it stopped working :-( So now back to the same problem. Here is the screen shot:

    A quick update from me, I removed my old Sony TV I was using as a 3rd screen for gaming and replaced it with an Asus 27" monitor. That may be purely incidental, but I decided to try once more to setup my Tobii 5 and Factracknoir on the smaller monitor I use for work. I am happy to say that it works! I have no idea yet as to why, but will continue to investigate. The challenge now is to get it all to work on the Asus monitor attached to my driving rig. Sadly I have not been able to get that to work....

    Hi, I also have the same problem. There seems to be no input from the Tobii 5. The lights are on and the T5 works perfectly.
