Geomorph 0.63 is released
Thanks for your feedback! I see still some warnings related to "implicit declaration". I'll fix them before releasing, in case they could be a source of segfaults. I fixed the most obvious, those for instance who probably had an impact on the size of the data returned, until I was able to start and use Geomorph 0,63 without errors. I prefer to be not too optimistic.
Hi, Sorry if it has been so long. I have a new version attached. I haven't loaded the files yet. If you have some time to try it, I would appreciate. The binary package was compiled under Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I also tested it on a 20.04 LTS laptop, with no problem. The segfault came from the directories management, and it was Posix-compliance related. I haven't understood why it didn't work (there were too many headers duplicates implied), but reviewing the code from examples fixed it. But then I got...
Thanks for your inputs! Any new information is welcome. I'll have some days left to investigate later this week. I'll probably have some know-how to rebuild. I mean, I hope you're not in a hurry. I remember having some cryptic messages of that kind, ecosystem-related, when stepping OS version... annoying but solvable. Thanks Patrice
Hi, I suppose that you use a precompiled binary. What is your version of Linux Mint? I'll give it a try. It's probably time to replace the binaries, I unfortunately stopped to update the software a few years ago. Thanks for your interest in Geomorph Patrice

I got the same result using the same PPA with Ubuntu 16.04. I was able to get ufraw to install and work with the workaround found here: http://www.webupd8.org/2011/02/fix-dpkg-error-trying-to-overwrite-x.html So for my setup it was: sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/ufraw_0.22+cvs20170121+r2272~rdeb7~0~crass~ubuntu16.04.1_amd64.deb And then, because ufraw-batch was left unconfigured: sudo apt-get install -f Hoping this helps!
Hi! I haven't noticed the shadowless option before :-) I am glad that you were able...
