Dear Sir, Thank you for your response. Now the issue is resolved. Some of them were related to PSRchive installation, GNU autotools, and the backends.list. I also used channelization as you've suggested. Apologies for raising multiple issues at once. Regards, Parul Janagal
Thank you sir. Tempo2 was installed as part of PSRCHIVE packages installation. Due to a different directory structure dspsr was not able to locate everything related to Tempo2. The issue was resolved once I seperately installed Tempo2 and gave the proper paths. Thank you again for all your help and patience.
Is this error related? $ dspsr -E 0950.eph -s -K -b 128 1141224136_ch133-156_0002.fits dspsr: Loading ephemeris from 0950.eph itoa_code no alias found for unknown Error::stack SystemCall::run Error::FailedCall Error::message system ("tempo2 -npsr 1 -f pulsar.par -pred "MWA 57452.6025694444 57453.6025694444 169.600000000000023 200.319999999999993 12 2 3599.9999999999998" > stdout.txt 2> stderr.txt") failed: returned error code 127
Oh, I didn't realise that fits was not in the backends.list file. The bufferflow error is resloved, but now it shows me $ dspsr -E 0950.eph -s -K -b 128 1141224136_ch133-156_0002.fits dspsr: Loading ephemeris from 0950.eph itoa_code no alias found for unknown Error::stack SystemCall::run Error::FailedCall Error::message system ("tempo2 -npsr 1 -f pulsar.par -pred "MWA 57452.6025694444 57453.6025694444 169.600000000000023 200.319999999999993 12 2 3599.9999999999998" > stdout.txt 2> stderr.txt") failed:...

Oh, I didn't realise that fits was not in the backends.list file. The bufferflow error is resloved, but now it shows me itoa_code no alias found for unknown I've attached the logfile as well. Apologies for such minor errors.

Yes sir, this is a PSRFITS file. There are 3072 10kHz channels. Attached herewith is the logfile.
