Could you give more details on how to create 2 tabs please

for our exams we use a questionnaire in meoodle and excel or similar. but when using SEB we have difficulties with users who use mac as they cannot access excel for some reason. So we wonder if it is possible to use online tools such as google sheets for example. but for this we need to use 2 tabs with SEB restrictions. In case it be possible to use 2 tabs, they could show in detail how to make the configuration. Thank you so much
