    New version in the works

  • Tim Gall Tim Gall posted a comment on ticket #7

Unfortunately I havent had time yet. I have to work around my professional obligations first. Hopefully I can get into it late June 2018. Will most likely work on the internal functionality first and finish at the user interface portion. Any and all suggestions & ideas will be taken into account during the planning and development stages.

1.4 ST - When editing article, Answer field doesn't go 100% of template

This is fixed. Also updated editor to latest version (ckeditor 4.9.2). Changes are on GitHub in the master branch and will be in the next release of osFAQ. https://github.com/oz-devworx/osfaq

Will look into this at some point. I usually use the full-screen button on the editor toolbar if Im working with a large quantity of content. Youll need to click the fullscreen button once finished to restore it to the default size. Button looks like an X with arrows on the ends.

Replied to this via your regular email address a few minutes ago. Will update this post with an answer as well, later today.

Sounds feasible enough and well thought out. Will see if I can get it into the next release. Thanks for the input.

  • Tim Gall Tim Gall posted a comment on ticket #6

Ive put a modular search form togeather that will work on any of the osTicket pages. It will be included in osFAQ v1.4.0-ST which should be released very soon. It also includes support for osTicket canned-responses. I'll put some integartion instructions with examples togeather for the modular search form and include them in the finished release.

Just expanding on my previous answer... after looking closer at the homepage screenshot it looks like your got the client side navigation link a few lines below where it should be in the osTicket file /include/class.nav.php See the screenshot attached to this reply for a visual. The osFaq integration should be directly ABOVE $this->navs=$navs; From your attached screenshot Im guessing you have it directly above return $this->navs; instead.

    osFAQ v1.3.1-ST available

  • Tim Gall Tim Gall posted a comment on ticket #75

Hi, FAQs will appear on the homepage module as you add them to osFAQ. The module is already installed from what I can see. At the moment its fairly basic though. Theres a few options in admin to adjust what displays under: osFAQ -> FAQ Settings -> FAQ module for osTicket pages Are you after any specific functionality for the home page? (search, etc ?) Please let me know and I'll look into it sometime over the coming weeks. Regards, Tim
