Oops, I was editing the wrong file: /usr/share/php/HTTP/WebDAV/Server.php instead of Server.php located in my pear folder… (shame on me). No more encoding issue with your patch. Thank you very much MaFa for your help! PS: I must put "index.php/" at the end of URL (http://seeddms.url/webdav/index.php/). Otherwise, I have a folder called "index.php". Normal?

MaFa, what is your PHP version? On my development environment (same SeedDMS install): PHP 5.5.15 --> no encoding issue PHP 5.6.31 --> bug on macOS

Hum, I just tried (both patches) with macOS 10.12 clients. There is still have a problem with special chars... ("Comptabilité" > "Comptabilit") :(
