Since the upgrade to TB 52, I regularily see a bunch of gpg/conhost child-processes that just idle. In these cases, TB itself does not consume any excessive CPU, it looks like it simply forgets to feed the full message to gpg for signature verification or decryption. Since the same upgrade, TB also sometimes messes up downloading normal attachments (yielding empty files), so this might be purely a TB issue. Is anybody else seeing this? (Windows 10, TB 52.1)
btw, with the newest Thunderbird (52), this issue is escalating for me.
It's PGP/MIME. And usually these batches of emails contain attachments of (sometimes)...
