The same happens to me with a completely unrelated setup: Linux Mint 21.3, non-Wayland, JDK 17.0.2, both monitors have the same resolution, none of the options cited above are set. This narrows the bug down to a two-monitor configuration under Linux and a JDK newer than 8 (it did not occur previously when using JDK 8).
