Here's my version of createPatch.C as I said, it only works with -overwrite. I don't understand why the updated boundary isn't written without overwrite. I'm also attaching an updated version of twoIbPatches. This one uses the modified createPatch utility instead. /N

Hi Jasak, Thank you for taking your time to have a look at this. I understand you've been busy. Sorry for taking my time in replying. Work kept me busy then I had some time consuming kompiling errors. Turns out not Allclean didn't clean everything or more likley I made misstake somewhere. I did notice commit 24043c081773d2093f997b49717b788ee65d24babefore but didn't think the removed code would work. I see it does. However I wonder why we would reset Sf,C and Cf fields once for every patch? Won't...
