    Hello, I am using a compute node with 512GB memory allowed. My mpileup files are ~300GB each (normal and tumor). Is it possible to run VarScan somatic caller such that we don't store all data on the node and instead write it to a tmp file or tmp dir? I am not being able to complete VarScan somatic calling currently. Thanks!
